The Feminist Collective Project

Hope 24/7 is involved in a 3-year project to build and strengthen a “Feminist Collective” .  Funded by the Women and Gender Equality Canada [WAGE], one part of this project is to research the barriers that women and non-binary identifying/ folx face in obtaining leadership roles.

 

The information gathered in the survey will contribute to addressing systemic barriers by accelerating systemic change, supporting positive distribution of authority, voices, and decision-making power, advancing inclusive policies and practices, and encouraging more equitable and effective sharing of resources to support women and non-binary’s equality.
